How to make a simple minimal black & gold Holiday centerpiece.
Hello friends, it’s November, Halloween is over and it is time for Holiday decor! I can say that I am very ready to open up my Christmas decor box and get the house ready. But I will wait just a little longer. And while waiting, making some minimal decor that can totally be up already. Like this candle centerpiece. Last week I’ve mentioned, that I am loving black & gold accents in my decor right now, so I went with the same combination for this centerpiece as well.

What I have used:
3 black or charcoal pillar candles in three sizes [ I bought mine at our local Dollar store ]
thin black craft wire for beads
1. Spray paint the bark of your wood slice with gold spray paint according to instructions on the can and in a well ventilated and prepared area, preferably outside.
2. While the wood slice sides are drying, prepare your candles. Measure the length of the wire by holding it around each candle.
3. Prepare the words you want to add around the candles and then thread them onto the wire and twist the ends.
4. Arrange candles on wood slice and add greenery, faux or real, around it. Done!!
Tell me what you think?? Do you like this simple & minimal Holiday centerpiece and will maybe even make your own?? The little letters add such a unique touch to the candles. I know I’ve mentioned more than once that I am drawn to black and gold accents this season, but there will be pops of red in my Holiday decor as well. Stay tuned!
