Olive Branch Vases Spring Mantel

Hi there, today I’m quickly showing you my olive branch vases Spring mantel. The other day, I took everything down to add some new decor to my mantel. Except, everything was free, I didn’t have to go out to buy anything. I used olive branches from the yard, old glass bottles I had piled up in the cupboard and the painting I made a few weeks ago myself. The best decor sometimes, just changed up and re-imagined!

Do you also keep food jars and bottles you like?? I have a whole collection sitting in the kitchen cupboard and they were perfect for this mantel decor. Some bottles were flea-market finds for cents and others had hot sauce in them at one point.

I shared here how having a watering can visible and incorporated into my decor, helps me keep my plants alive!

I grabbed some lavender as well and added it along with olive branches to a big jar and just left it on my dining room table.

If you don’t have olive branches available in your yard, you could add any other branches to jars and bottles. I think anything green and/or blossoming would look amazing!

Thanks for visiting, wishing  you a lovely first day of Spring!!!

Katrin I really love the variety of shapes and sizes in your bottles. At one point I had a collection of soy sauce bottles but now I just have too many wine bottles that I need to par down. I think your idea is very pretty. Now if only you could send me a few of those olive branches.

We have a huge wild olive in our garden and I love it’s leaves, with that tiny hint of silver, grey, green underneath. I’m so stealing your idea of putting a few branches in different glass containers this weekend. My daughter’s coming to visit all the way from Canada and with all the other things we need to do before she gets here, this is going to be perfect to add a touch of class. Thanks my friend, you just know how
